Accomplishments: Hon. David Hansen (Ret.) served as Senior Administrative Law Judge with the Office of Administrative Hearings in Spokane from 1990 until his retirement. In that capacity, his practice was primarily devoted to the resolution of personal injury, disability and occupational hazard claims. Prior to becoming a judge, he practiced law in Spokane and was involved in major class-action litigation and private civil matters.
In addition to David Hansen’s work at the Office of Administrative Hearings, he serves as an arbitrator for Washington’s Lemon Law Arbitration Board and as a member of the Spokane County Mandatory Arbitration Panel. As an arbitrator for WAMS, his practice focus is in the areas of personal injury and contract-based claims.
