Accomplishments: Mr. Goldman has served as a mediator in over 5,000 mediations since 1986 involving many different areas of law and millions of dollars in damages. He has been successful as a mediator in resolving cases as diverse as personal injury, professional negligence, real estate, employment, contracts and business matters.
Mr. Goldman began practicing law in 1977 and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to becoming a full-time mediator, his practice focused on torts, real estate and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in the states of Washington and Oklahoma and before the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal and the Federal District Courts for Western Washington and Oklahoma. Prior to starting his Seattle law practice in 1982, Mr. Goldman was the City Attorney for Muskogee, Oklahoma and a private attorney in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mr. Goldman is a popular speaker at seminars sponsored by various organizations in Washington.
