WAMS remains open and available to coordinate and schedule mediations, arbitrations and related services during these uncertain times.
For the remainder of March 2020 and into early April, our dedicated staff are making every effort to assist you in participating in a mediation or arbitration by videoconference, telephone and/or other remote conference platform. Doing so helps us all in keeping our vulnerable population safer while upholding the guidelines and directives issued by our federal, state and local public health agencies.
We are so grateful to our panel and to you, our valued clients, for your partnership and cooperation in accomplishing this very important task.
