With over 30 years experience litigating across Washington, Tim Malarchick joined the WAMS panel of neutrals in 2018. Mr. Malarchick established Malarchick Law Office in 1994 and devoted his practice to torts defense of claims involving serious injury, death, premises liability, products liability, and land disputes. Recognized by Super Lawyers as a Top-Rated Personal Injury Attorney Mr. Malarchick mediated, arbitrated, and tried matters to juries in hundreds of cases. A full-time mediator as of 2020, Mr. Malarchick applies his practical and effective skill set to help parties reach resolution.

Mr. Malarchick holds a deep commitment to volunteer legal and community service. He maintains memberships with local bar associations and serves as an arbitrator in several court-administered mandatory civil arbitration programs. He has held the elected position as Chair of the Pierce County Ethics Commission. Additionally, Mr. Malarchick has served on a school board, coached youth in trial advocacy, and performed and traveled with the non-profit organization Up With People.
