Accomplishments: Paul Chemnick is of counsel at the law firm of Chemnick, Moen & Greenstreet in Seattle, where his practice is presently limited to medical negligence. In the past, Mr. Chemnick has handled major cases involving product and premises liability, maritime and complex accident cases. He primarily serves as a mediator in medical negligence cases, but has also served as a mediator in a wide spectrum of larger personal injury matters.
Mr. Chemnick has been a speaker at both Washington State Bar and Washington State Trial Lawyers Associations’ seminars on personal injury and medical negligence issues. He served as a Chair of WSTLA’s Product Liability Section from 1991-1993. From 1969-1970 he was a law clerk in the Trial Division of the United States Court of Federal Claims before entering private practice in the Seattle area in 1970.
