Accomplishments: As an experienced litigator, arbitrator and mediator, Mark Dietzler joined WAMS mediation panel in 2023. His 30-year esteemed career as a trial attorney covers a range of tort claims, including polytraumatic and catastrophic injury, auto accidents, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, premises liability, and construction defect.
Mr. Dietzler has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in significant personal injury and tort matters. He has personally litigated thousands of claims in both private practice and as the managing attorney for one of the largest property and casualty insurers in the United States. Mr. Dietzler is uniquely qualified in understanding probable outcomes, effectively evaluating claims and managing the gray area.
