Accomplishments: Mr. Daniel is a practicing attorney and professional neutral. Over the course of thirty five years he has acquired extensive trial and appellate experience in both State and Federal Court. He has participated in many arbitration and mediation proceedings both as counsel and neutral. Mr. Daniel possesses substantial experience in all types of tort and negligence cases including significant and complex litigation involving serious injuries, death and major damages. This experience includes complex highway, public/school transportation, and pedestrian cases. Mr. Daniel also has extensive experience in the areas of governmental liability, civil rights; law enforcement and insurance related matters such as defense, coverage, UM/UIM, and bad faith. Mr. Daniel is known for his preparation and perseverance, as well as active interpersonal and listening skills.
